With my specialisation as a teacher of Italian for foreigners, I have conceived this course as an opportunity to acquire new elements of the Italian language for people who want to approach Italian through a cooking course, namely learning by doing.
The course can be customised, individually or in groups, based on personal needs, language proficiency level, and course schedule availability. The courses have a duration of approximately 3.5 hours. For levels A1-A2-B1, a tasting menu will be proposed, and conversation practice at the market can be arranged, if interested. In this case, the market visit will take place after the course so that participants can put into practice what they have learned together "in the kitchen"!
For levels B2 and C1-C2, participants can choose between two traditional one-course menus: gnocchi or strangolapreti, bearing in mind that if in a group, agreement on one of the two menus will be necessary.
