Cooking Lab

This course has been designed as an official trial for an event, to simulate and/or prepare together specific dishes or a menu. Are you planning a brunch, a lunch, a dinner, a picnic or organising a tasty aperitif but don't know where to start and what to do?
The course requires a minimum of 3 participants at a price of €95.00 for a total of approximately 4 hours between preparation and consumption, or with the possibility of taking home the cooked dishes in a doggy bag. If you want to participate alone or as a couple (an extra charge is foreseen), contact me via email or WhatsApp; we will find the ideal solution!
Each course can accommodate a maximum of 6 participants.
It can be customized on request by day and time, in a group or individually based on specific needs and the availability of courses already scheduled. The course may be subject to a price change compared to the standard proposal in the event of particular specific requests outside the menu.
All courses include a welcome toast, drinks - selected wines, apple juice, water - and final dessert. At the end of each course the person can choose whether to stop and eat what was cooked or take home a doggy bag.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified in advance via email. In group courses there may be variations due to seasonality and intolerances/allergies of the participants. Almost all courses can be adapted for vegetarians, with some modifications and variations, but not suitable for vegans. For all courses it will be essential to know in advance any intolerances or allergies in order to be able to organize adequately and meet all needs, as far as possible. The course will be held on the third floor of a house subject to Fine Arts restrictions because it is historic and therefore does not have a lift.
