Tasting

Cooking Lab

This proposal is designed mainly for those coming from outside the region to raise awareness of the numerous local products from small companies also sold in the open-air farmers markets in the city centre.

Please fill out the form regarding any intolerances or allergies when you register. We will spend a few hours together relaxing and having fun, with the intention of leaving a mark—whether it be a memory, a notion, or a smile. The course will take place on the third floor of a house of historical significance subject to Fine Arts constraints, which means it does not have a lift. The courses can be conducted in Italian or English.
At the end of each individual course, participants can choose whether to stay and enjoy the cooked food or take home a doggy bag. Looking forward to seeing you!

Tasting and visit to the market

The proposal with a visit to the market will only be possible in the morning, when all the stalls are open. In this case we are in the center of Trento and we proceed together towards the farmers' market where we will have the opportunity to see and chat about the main Trentino products, such as cheeses, eggs, meats, wines, honey, fruit and vegetables, bread and in season even mushrooms. At the end of the tour we go to the Taverna@home headquarters, not far away, where we will taste some typical Trentino specialties accompanied by good wine, juice and water.

Each course can accommodate a maximum of 6 participants.
It can be customized on request by day and time, in a group or individually based on specific needs and the availability of courses already scheduled. The course may be subject to a price change compared to the standard proposal in the event of particular specific requests outside the menu.
All courses include a welcome toast, drinks - selected wines, apple juice, water - and final dessert. At the end of each course the person can choose whether to stop and eat what was cooked or take home a doggy bag.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified in advance via email. In group courses there may be variations due to seasonality and intolerances/allergies of the participants. Almost all courses can be adapted for vegetarians, with some modifications and variations, but not suitable for vegans. For all courses it will be essential to know in advance any intolerances or allergies in order to be able to organize adequately and meet all needs, as far as possible. The course will be held on the third floor of a house subject to Fine Arts restrictions because it is historic and therefore does not have a lift.
