A little over a year ago, I decided to embark on an activity that would allow me to combine my main passions: cooking, travelling, and last but not least, meeting and being with people.

All courses can be conducted in either Italian or English. They begin with an initial check-in and welcome, accompanied by a small toast to get to know each other. Participants will take their places, and after a brief introduction, we will proceed to prepare at least one dish in multiple variations. Each person will actively participate in the production process.
Once the dishes are ready and the workstations are cleared, we will sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our labour. We’ll discuss and exchange opinions about the food, the local area, and anything else of interest…

Taverna@home is in the heart of the historical city of Trento, between piazza Fiera and piazza del Duomo. Parking can be easily found near home (ACI Park) or in the nearby piazza Fiera car park.

Le Malvesie is my small agricultural company located in the mountainous area to the east of Trentino, at approximately 850 metres above sea level. I produce various items, including medicinal plants, cereal (which I transform into flour), potatoes, fruit, and vegetables. Interestingly, these same products are also used in the courses on offer at Taverna@home.
